The Mimosa Mansion was built in the 1850s and is the largest single-family home in the Covington area. Today, visitors can tour the big, red house, walking through period furnishings in 22 different rooms as a knowledgable guide relates the building's unique history. The Mansion lies on the downtown waterfront, across the river from Taylor Park.
